Westen came by today for a seasonal check-up. He was on time and with a notification of arrival which I really appreciated. Once he arrived on site he was extremely professional and thorough. He took his time with his explanations of what he inspected and the importance of each item. Answered all my questions and even weighed in on some non HVAC items like water heaters and such. He's a good tech and nice guy. Hat tip to Home Comfort Service.

Mike is great to work with! He is reliable,, knowledgeable and always on time…I highly recommend Home Comfort Svcs if you need service on your a/c, furnace, heat pump or water heater! A few years ago, I bought an estate sale home that needed a lot fixed! Mike earlier replaced my furnace and water heater, and today, a new a/c unit. It’s a very comforting feeling knowing all systems have now been replaced!

While no one wants to hear that it could be time for a replacement, after he went over my available options, I am very satisfied with the choice I made from the options he suggested and with his installation service.

Great experience! Mike was great from our first call when our air conditioning unit stopped working in the recent heat wave. He fit us into his very busy schedule same day as our call. He was punctual and identified the issue and was able to successfully repair issue. Our unit was 20 years old and we knew it was on borrowed time. Mike provided us with 2 very fair quotes. We were then able to schedule the installation within that next week and he assured us that he would keep existing unit running properly until scheduled replacement date. The removal and replacement appointment went as expected . Mike was attentive to leaving work area clean and thoroughly explained any change in functionality of new system. It’s awesome to have such a good experience with this type of home repair. Thanks Mike!!

Fantastic service. Everything they said they would do they accomplished. My A/C had been out for over a week and had trouble trying to get someone to come take a look until I called Home Comfort. They provided prompt, courteous, professional service. Jacob L. explain everything he was doing and provided easy to understand explanation of the issue I had and had it fixed promptly. Definitely would use Home Comfort again. It was such I could job I even signed up for the yearly maintenance as well.

Mr Michael Pullella is some one sent by God! I was in a very desperate situation where my AC unit stop working I was back and forth with my insurance warranty company. The Hvac company they sent out to check out the problem with my AC unit, diagnosis was that the compressor was no good. Like I said before being back and forth with the insurance company for about four days and getting no where I decided to look up the internet for other Hvac companies and came across Home Comfort Services.I called the number and got the voice mail and leave a message, got a call back in about 30mims after.I Spoke with Mr Pullella about the problem he said okay give me 20mims and so true to his word he was at my home in that time. Mr Pullella went outside checked my AC unit and his findings,were that the capacitor was bad and he immediately went back to his truck got a new one and changed it,my AC unit started byworking immediately. Mr Pullella is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and so much more.After all he took the time to explain everything to me.I have found my Hvac company that will fulfilled all my maintenance needs.His prices are good I highly recommend Home Comfort Services /Mr Michael Pullella.
